Cookie Policy
Effective date: 4 June 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a website. They let the site remember your session and preferences between pages and visits.
2. Cookies we use
naventric.com stores only a small number of things in your browser:
- Session cookies (essential) — set by our authentication system when you sign in. They keep you signed in for up to 30 days and cannot be disabled without losing the ability to log in.
- Knowledge Base view marker (essential) — when you open an article we store a small marker in your browser's session storage so the same visit is not counted twice in that article's view total. It holds no identifier and is cleared when you close the tab.
- Analytics cookies (PostHog) — not in use. Our analytics tooling is wired into the site but not switched on, so no analytics cookie is set today. We will update this policy before that changes.
3. What we do not use
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or sell data derived from cookies to anyone.
4. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential session cookies will prevent you from signing in to your account or the customer portal.
5. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the site evolves; changes will appear on this page with an updated effective date. Questions are welcome via naventric.com/about/contact.
